CS non return valves
Due to it's compact design, Vraco's extensive range of non return valves are suitable for a lot of industrial applications, neutral fluids of course, but also corrosive substances, even for working pressures in excess.

Welded construction made of stainless or carbon steel. Can be manufactured in several dimensions, water columns, different water loads
Counterweight available for adjustment and control of the opening point.
Partial tightness seated butterfly valves (VPER)
the Partial tightness seated butterfly valves (V.P.E.R.) is used for gas shut-off and regulation, air treatment, flue gas collection, dust collection, in industrial environments such as steel industry, cement factories, incineration plants, etc. .
Penstock valve
Penstock valve, wall fitted gate, square or rectangular designs, seat tightnes in 4 sides.
Used for regulating or isolating the fluid in tanks, pipe outlets, etc., for water treatment plants.
Welded construction, made of stainless or carbon steel with tightness by.
Can be manufactured in many sizes and different water loads.
Manual operating (handwheel or manoeuvring square) pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuators, extensions and operating rods available.
Butterfly damper
IFC' range of dampers are designed for the shut-off, isolation and regulation of gases, dust extractions, etc.
Dampers are frequently used in main industrial process such as steel industry, cement production, incineration plants, etc.
Customized design
IFC has a wide range of control and shut-off solutions based on proven needs. It can also propose customized design for specific dimensional requirements or service conditions. For this purpose, it has a Research and Development design office.
CS NON RETURN VALVES
CS 50
The VRACO CS 50 non return valves are designed for usual industrial applications (water, air, oil, etc.)
CS 25
VRACO CS 25 cbeck valves are designed for use on neutral and corrosive media. Patent-protected, the unique two-piece design of the CS 25 valve is particularly suitable for the use of plastomer and synthetic elastomer coated materials while maintaining excellent mechanical properties.
CS 100
The CS 100 model check valve is designed for general high pressure fluid and gas transport applications. Its compact design and small dimensions ensure an extremely long service life under the most difficult operating conditions.
SPRING CHECK
Compact body. Its size complies with standards E 29377 and API 6B short series. Particular attention has been paid to the entry profile, designed to respect the fluid flow, combined with a flow expansion zone allowing to obtain low pressure drops.
The exclusive design form of the double point spring is extremely reliable. Its high reaction power ensures progressive opening, but in particular guarantees the closing of the wing before the fluid has been able to flow back.
CS 20
High corrosion non return valves VRACO® CS 20 have an ultra flat design to be fitted between flanges.
Especially designed for highly corrosive fluids, check valves are manufactured from ND 40 (1" ½) to ND 500 (20") in following materials:
POLYPROPYLENE, PTFE, PTFCE, PVC, PVDF, POLYETHYLENE, etc…
CS 30

SWING CHECK VALVE
Check valve, rotating disc, square or rectangular section. Flanged or wall mounted, designed to prevent backflow, line end mounted.
Welded construction, made of stainless or carbon steel with tightness by elastomer Seat/seal.
Can be manufactured in several dimensions, water columns, different water loads.
Counterweight available for adjustment and control of the opening point.
ROUND TYPE
SQUARE TYPE
BUTTERFLY VALVE PARTIAL TIGHTNESS SEATED,
CIRCULAR OR SQUARE TYPE
The Relative Sealing Butterfly Valve (VPER) is used for the obturation and regulation of gases, air treatment, smoke capture, dust removal, in industrial environments such as steel, cement, factories incineration, etc.
This design is preconized for a mounting " vertical control shaft".
Bolts (number varies depending on nominal size of the valve) ensure efficient mechanical connection between shaft and disc.
The ball allows and facilitates the opening/closing function and assures the accurrate guiding stem/disc.
IFC has a complete range of partial tightness seated butterfly valves (V.P.E.R.), standardized from DN 50 to 1600, circular and single blade.
Specific partial tightness seated butterfly valves (V.P.E.R.) may be designed and manufactured on request, according to Customer'specifications or particular working conditions :
• Non standardized, circular or rectangular section ;
• Multiblades design ;
• Wafer connection, GN or Customer's connection, etc. ;
• Temperature ;
• Pressure ;
• Abrasion ;
• Corrosion ;
• Pipeline axis orientation ;
• Orientation of Control shaft of the partial tightness seated butterfly valve (V.P.E.R.) ;
• Upstream/downstream tightness ;
• Etc.
PENSTOCK VALVES
Penstock valves, square or rectangular design, wall mounted, tightness on 4 sides of valve.
Mainly used in regulation and isolation of fluid, piping outlets, water treatment plants.
Welded construction, made of stainless or carbon steel with tightness by elastomer seal can be manufactured in several dimensions, water columns, different water loads.
